What started out as a barren 11 acre brownfields site untouched for 40 years resulted in ninety three town homes developed in Highland Park, NJ. To get to the end result, 2020 worked through a $20,000,000 brownfield clean-up as well as resident opposition. The end result was an outstanding community which garnered the support and accolades of the town and neighbors.
